Pinebrook Bakery was born from a passion for baking artisan sourdough and sharing fresh bread with family and friends. From our home in Westchester, New York, every loaf is handcrafted in small batches using simple ingredients, time-honored techniques, and plenty of patience.

This is truly a family bakery. My husband, Ryan, helps me bring our dream to life, while our son, Arlo—our proud Assistant Baker—is always eager to help (and sprinkle a little extra flour).
