Store your loaf cut-side down on a cutting board or wrapped in a bread bag at room temperature. Our sourdough is best enjoyed within 5–7 days. Avoid refrigerating it, as refrigeration can dry out the bread more quickly.

Yes! If you won’t finish your loaf within a week, slice it first and freeze it in an airtight freezer bag for up to 3 months. Toast slices directly from the freezer or thaw the loaf at room temperature.

Our sourdough is made without preservatives but naturally stays fresh longer than many store-bought breads. When stored properly at room temperature, most customers enjoy their loaf for up to a week. If you need longer storage, freezing is the best option.
